Uses | 1. It is mainly used for blending apple, pineapple, caramel, frankincense and other edible essence, as well as rum, Baijiu and other wine essence. Ethyl lactate is a permitted edible spice in China. Generally 1000mg/kg in alcoholic beverages; 580-310mg/kg in chewing gum; Baked food 71mg/kg; 28mg/kg in candy; 17mg/kg in cold drinks. 2. Used as a solvent for cellulose esters, resins, coatings, etc., and also as a spice. 3. Used as a cleaning agent for electronic products. |
